Use this page to request deletion of your EVLO account and associated personal data. EVLO is developed and managed by PT Solusi Digital Klik.
How to request account deletion
Send an email from the email address linked to your EVLO account. This helps us verify that the request comes from the account owner.
What to include in your email
- Your registered EVLO email address.
- Your EVLO username, if available.
- A clear statement that you want to delete your EVLO account.
- Reason for deletion, optional.
Data that may be deleted
After verification, EVLO may delete or anonymize account-related data connected to your profile, including:
- Account profile information, such as display name, username, avatar, and authentication reference.
- Garage and electric vehicle profile data.
- Charging logs, trip reports, and related analytics stored in EVLO cloud services.
- Community posts, comments, likes, bookmarks, and uploaded media associated with your account, where deletion is technically and legally available.
- Push notification tokens linked to your device and account.
Data that may be retained
Some data may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or compliance purposes. Local data stored on your device may also remain on that device until you uninstall the app, clear app storage, or delete it from inside the app if that option is available.
Language note
You can send your request in English or Indonesian. For Indonesian, use the subject "Permintaan Hapus Akun EVLO" and include the same account details listed above.
